Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Arcana Apothecary. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase to initiate an exchange. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue an exchange as requested.
